Institutional Image Management
Why this platform collects
This platform collects publicly published social media and news content for one purpose: to follow the institution's reputation and the experience of the people it serves, so that services can be improved. It is not used for anything else.
Because the purpose is single, so are the limits: the account that posted is recorded so the institution can reply to it, but the platform does not link accounts across platforms, does not attempt to identify the person behind a pseudonymous account, and does not infer personal characteristics about them.
